Internet & Technical Skills

Since the early 1990s, I have developed and taught countless workshops on accessing the Internet (starting in the 1990s, with telnet, ftp, gopher, and ultimately the web) and authoring on the Internet (starting in the 1990s, with setting up gopher sites, HTML, CSS, then web design, and ultimately Wikipedia).
